The Entry Level Event Coordinator assists with planning organizing and executing company events. Ideal for someone who has great people skills organization and enjoys hands-on work.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event planning scheduling and logistics
Support event setup registration and guest coordination
Communicate with vendors venues and internal teams
Prepare event materials such as agendas signage and promotional items
Ensure events run smoothly and meet company standards
Help with post-event reporting and follow-ups
Qualifications :
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with people and in fast-paced settings
Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
Interest in events marketing or hospitality
