Job Description
As a Sales Professional at PCG, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver cutting-edge custom-built PCs to gamers, creative professionals, and tech enthusiasts. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and manage relationships with our valued customers, guiding them through the process of designing and purchasing their dream PC or workstation. You will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation: Engage with customers in a consultative manner to understand their unique requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, components, and PC gaming/workstation hardware to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Custom PC Design: Collaborate with customers to design tailored PC configurations that meet their specific needs, including hardware selection, aesthetics, and performance considerations.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-store visits, to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
Quoting and Pricing: Prepare detailed quotes for custom PC builds, ensuring transparency and accuracy in pricing.
Order Management: Manage the entire sales process, from order placement to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry competitors, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Customer Feedback: Act as a liaison between customers and our technical team, collecting feedback and insights to improve our product offerings and service quality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or custom PC industry.
Strong knowledge of gaming and workstation PC components, including CPUs, GPUs, RAM, and storage solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with sales software and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
