Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil and/or Geotechnical Engineering
At least 2 years of work experience in engineering consulting or equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
Experience with Microsoft Excel and P6
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform field work and overnight travel assignments
Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing
Valid U.S. drivers license and satisfactory driving record for business travel
Additional Considerations:
Master's Degree in Civil and/or Geotechnical Engineering
Engineer Intern (EI) certification
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Experience with geotechnical and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Slope/W, and PLAXIS
Experience with solid waste management facility design and permitting
Familiarity with dam and levee inspections
Knowledge of stormwater treatment, conveyance, and detention/retention design
