Director of Golf
Golf Club in Las Cruces, New Mexico is looking for a Director of Golf.
Position Overview:
The position will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of both properties, including golf operations, staff leadership, customer experience, programming, budgeting, and growth initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills, multi-site management experience, and a deep knowledge of the golf industry.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in golf operations management; multi-course or resort experience strongly preferred.
PGA Membership in good standing required (Class A preferred).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of golf shop operations, instruction, tournament management, and customer service.
Budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L responsibility experience.
Proficiency in golf management software (Golf Now G1, GolfNow, or similar).
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
