Create end-to-end Digital product that helps fuel growth for Under Armour. Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories 3D support for internal and external Partners. Reports through the Center Of Excellence for DPC to create a unified cross-functional 3D team environment. Enable business efficiencies by manipulating digital assets from product creation to support go-to-market and consumer-facing assets. 3D to web workflows, the decimation of existing assets, documentation of workflows. Produces high-quality accurate digital sample refinement for end-to-end use. Operationalize digital products beyond visual assets to evolve product development and manufacturing as we know it. Drive Under Armour to the forefront of Digital Product Creation in our industry. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
Manipulates and maintains accurate, visually appealing Digital samples efficiently and meets deadlines.
Maintain and improve rendering processes. Advance new standards with photorealism as the goal.
Create and streamline processes to convert high-quality meshes and color to real-time outputs. Utilize cutting-edge file formats. glb and .usd
Collaborates with Internal and External partners to establish more automated processes in the creation of digital products and visuals.
Introduce advancements in accurate digital samples, high-quality visualization, and data-driven standards.
Stay current in software and releases and capability.
Supports internal teams with high-quality motion graphics elements used for presentation purposes. **Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**
Multi software proficiency and in-depth understanding of the changing digital landscape.
3D modeling/ surfacing knowledge, Rhino3D preferred Maya, Zbrush.
Apparel 3D draping experience. Browzwear, Clo
A great eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
Ability to compile a head-to-toe dressed Avatar.
Understanding of procedural modeling and processing techniques using software like Houdini, Blender, and or Grasshopper (rhino).
Rendering and Animation software: Keyshot preferred, Redshift, Vray, Octane, or similar.
Adobe, Photoshop, After Effects.
3D Rendering and Visual skillset. understands Digital materials, lighting.
NFT and Metaverse content experience using Unreal, Unity is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; being able to communicate with global teammates and partners, including but not limited to meeting facilitation and presentations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team. **Education And / Or Experience**
1-3 Years Of Experience Required Bachelors in related field or comparable experience. Industrial Design, Apparel/Fashion Design, Motion Graphics, Animation/Gaming, etc. **Other Requirements**
Travel: 1-3 weeks per year
Ability to work and remotely attend meetings across different time zones.
