Digital Advertising Management and Front End Web Development Location Hybrid remote in Las Vegas, NV :

For this Digital Advertising Management and Front End Web Development position, attention to detail and ability to deliver work at the highest quality standards is essential. You will work within a fast-paced team environment with tight deadlines. This position requires a strong work ethic, time management, and execution.

Digital Advertising Responsibilities

• Produce, traffic, and manage paid media campaigns across search and programmatic display through a variety of platforms, and DSPs such as Google Ad Words, Microsoft Ads.
• Familiar with OTT, Paid Social, VLA, Remarketing, PPC, programmatic advertising.
• Provide best-in-class customer service for internal partners and external clients/agencies
• Lead workflow and communication with internal team members and clients to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns have successful outcomes.
• Optimize performance and drive yield across campaigns to ensure full delivery and maximize creative engagement.
• Working with vendors to place, manage, and report on media content.
• Experience leading digital strategic marketing discussions with clients.
• Increase campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization.
• Creating and implementing strategies for paid media campaigns.
• Developing media plans and budgets to support campaign goals.
• Creating in-platform and offline reporting, analyzing results, and optimizing performance.
• Tracking implementation methods for lead attribution
• SEO optimization recommendations.

Front End Web Development Responsibilities

• Create and implement web designs through coding languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Wordpress and similar technologies.
• Intermediate knowledge of web server infrastructure and management
• Novice to intermediate skill level in working with SQL and databases.
• Light graphic design knowledge for wireframing.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years experience working in the digital media buying & planning space (prior agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Demand Side Platforms, and Google Campaign Manager
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Retail background.
• Agency experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
