Dental Office Manager – Herriman or Riverton Locations

Salt Flats Dentistry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our growing team in Herriman or Riverton. We are a small, family-owned, and family-friendly group of dental offices led by Dr. Vincent, a multi-generation Utahn, who is passionate about creating a welcoming, community-centered environment across the Salt Lake Valley. What You'll Do:

• Oversee and optimize dental practice operations , ensuring smooth day-to-day management
• Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence
• Manage Revenue Cycle Operations , including billing, coding, and collections, to maximize practice profitability
• Coordinate complex treatment plans, working directly with providers to ensure seamless patient care
• Implement leadership strategies that enhance team performance and patient satisfaction

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary of $55,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience
• Full-time, W-2 employed position with a comprehensive benefits package

What You'll Need:

• Proven expertise in Dental Practice Operations , including advanced knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, leadership, and team development
• A passion for mentorship and guiding a team toward success
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in Advanced Treatment Coordination is a must
