About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean, School of Kinesiology who will drive strategic planning and innovation in the fields of kinesiology, health sciences, and sport management, while capitalizing on the recent expansion of the School of Kinesiology building and its strong financial position. The Dean will foster collaboration across disciplines, elevate research initiatives, and ensure that the school’s curriculum continues to meet the evolving needs of students and the industry. This role requires a leader who can balance fiscal responsibility with a commitment to enhancing the student experience and advancing academic quality. The ideal candidate will hold an earned doctorate in a relevant discipline, have a proven record as an academic leader, and be prepared to unite diverse departments while guiding the school’s next chapter of success.
