Description We are in need of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in Tucson, Arizona. This role will primarily involve administrative tasks, including the management of spreadsheets, the processing of AP/AR payments, and the organization of files. This role is suited to someone with excellent organization and data entry skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately manage spreadsheets and enter data
- Process AP/AR payments and ensure they are correctly posted
- Organize files and ensure they are correctly filed and scanned
- Handle email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word to perform calculations and type documents
- Assist in matching purchase orders to invoices and payments
- Address any issues related to deductions and insurance
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints
- Use 10 Key Skills to ensure accurate data entry
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company policies and procedures. Requirements – Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Entry Clerk role or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Demonstrable skills in data entry and 10 key skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform calculations accurately
- Experience in organizing files and scanning documents
- Proficiency in typing and email correspondence
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
