About the role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Center NOC Technician to join our Network Operations team. This role will focus on monitoring, maintaining, and supporting critical infrastructure operations with a strong emphasis on DCIM platforms, backend data center management tools, and mechanical/electrical systems—particularly within modular and edge data center environments. You will be a key player in ensuring uptime, performance, and operational efficiency across distributed data center deployments. This role is intended to grow with scale. We will be looking for a candidate that shows a growth mindset leaning into Armada's edge support roadmap.
Location. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office.
