Job Description
What you'll be doing: - Assist in developing a foundational understanding of our customer base, including demographics, behavior, and preferences.
- Support in collecting and organizing customer data from diverse sources, including transactional data, website analytics, and customer feedback.
- Assist in tracking trends in Annual Run Rate (ARR) reporting to contribute to the overall understanding of customer behavior.
- Collaborate with the team to identify basic patterns and trends in customer data that may influence business decisions.
- Support in basic predictive modeling activities to gain insights into customer behavior.
- Aid in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as marketing, product development, sales, operations, customer experience, and customer service.
- Assist in creating basic dashboards and reports to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
What we are looking for: - Currently pursuing a degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with data sets.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and a willingness to learn statistical analysis tools, such as R or Python.
- Familiarity with Excel and the ability to manipulate data effectively.
- Good communication skills with a desire to grow in presenting findings and insights.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently.
Bonus Points: - Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
