Job Description

Replai is a mission lived by curious, ambitious and highly driven people. We have created a data-to-ads approach that leverages the latest AI technology to create highly performant videos used as ads by consumer apps. You should be able to achieve several times higher results than competent people think possible, in half of the time they usually do.

You should expect very intense, motivated and talented co-workers. You must be willing to relocate to San Francisco and work in person we will help covering the moving costs.

As a Customer Success Manager , you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from Replais offerings. You should be capable of delivering results that far exceed expectations, in less time than most consider possible. Youll work alongside an intensely motivated and talented team. Relocation to San Francisco is required, and we will assist with moving costs.

You will manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing success and growth. Your focus will be on building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring that each customer realizes the full potential of our solutions. Youll need to deeply understand customer needs and provide tailored support at every step.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in customer success, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks to achieve outstanding results. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously are crucial.

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer journey from onboarding through to renewal and growth, ensuring each customer achieves their desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the team to build and scale Replais customer success strategy while delivering hands-on support to customers.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and to maximize the value delivered.
