Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales
Location: On-site, In-person, Anaheim, CA
Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8-hour shifts Compensation: $20–$28/hour DOE

We’re seeking a hands-on, positive-minded Customer Service Representative with Inside Sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What You’ll Do
Accurately process and track customer orders
Respond to calls and emails with a cheerful, solutions-focused attitude
Build strong customer relationships through energetic, positive and thoughtful communication
Upsell additional products based on customer needs
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Stay informed about our growing line of natural and organic products, and vegan-friendly extracts
Occasional drive to our distribution/manufacturing building; mileage pay applicable.
Other duties as assigned and required
What You Bring
Experience in customer service or client support
Friendly, upbeat communication skills—both verbal and written
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Curiosity about flavors, wellness, and clean-label products
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs
Adaptable mindset and willingness to learn
Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach to solving challenges
