As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Creative Designer to join our team and help elevate our online presence.

Role Description:
We are looking for a Creative Designer with a strong background in content creation, graphic design, and web development. This role will focus on managing all online content for Ozark Mountain Van Company, including the website, social media platforms, email marketing, and more. You will be responsible for designing and implementing visually engaging content across all digital channels.

As a Creative Designer , you will have the freedom to bring your creativity to life while ensuring our brand message is consistent and impactful across all platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop fresh ideas and drive our online presence forward.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in web development, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma.
• Experience in creating content for websites, social media, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital content creation and online branding.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects at once.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage content for the companys website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Create engaging graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of content.
• Develop social media strategies and maintain active profiles on all platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content and make improvements as needed.
• Maintain and update the website with new content and design changes as required.

Position Details:

• Employment Status: Part-time (20 hours per week, flexible schedule)
• Location: In-person at the Fayetteville shop with an office setup provided.
• Compensation: Based on experience, ranging between $25 and $40 per hour.
• Work Schedule: Flexible days, 20 hours per week.

Interview Process:

• Step 1: Review of applications and initial interview for candidates who seem like a good fit.
• Step 2: Video interview request, where you will answer a couple of questions and submit a video along with links to examples of your work or a few examples of your work.
• Step 3: Final interview with the company owner.
