This role is for a Consulting Corporate Trainer responsible for designing and implementing training programs for corporate clients, with a focus on call center operations. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for corporate clients, focusing on call center operations. Facilitate classroom training sessions, ensuring a conducive learning environment for all participants. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring participant feedback and job performance. Customize training materials and curriculum to meet the specific needs of each client. Collaborate with management to identify company training needs and align them with business strategies. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in corporate training and call center operations. Provide coaching and guidance to employees, improving their skills and knowledge in their respective roles. Create an engaging and interactive learning environment to enhance participant engagement and retention. Track and report on training outcomes, providing feedback to management and suggesting improvements when necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field. Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, preferably with a focus on call center operations. Strong knowledge of training methodologies, learning management systems, and competency assessment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to design and execute effective training programs. Strong organizational and team management skills. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a classroom environment, providing training and support to employees. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and conduct training sessions.
