We are looking for an experienced Controller to manage and oversee all accounting and financial operations within our organization. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, maintaining robust internal controls, and providing valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in financial reporting, tax regulations, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal controls and accounting systems to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning to support operational and strategic needs.
• Conduct a final review and approval of financial reports, budgets, and tax filings.
• Deliver detailed financial analyses to support executive leadership and strategic planning initiatives.
• Partner with operational teams to provide actionable financial insights and improve business performance.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax and accounting regulations, assessing their impact on the organization.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the organization’s financial health.• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state income tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
• CPA certification and prior experience in public accounting are preferred.
