Are you a compassionate and dedicated HHA or CNA with experience in residential home care?
We are seeking qualified HHAs or CNAs to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Positions Available: - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- PRN for Sunday and Wednesday
Requirements: - Current CNA license or HHA certificate with 75 or more hours of training
- High school diploma/transcript/GED
- Direct Support Professional experience is a plus
- Experience in a residential home setting is a plus
- Professional cleaning and housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; can bend, push and pull with little to no physical restrictions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual
- Open to being trained and taught
Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care and assistance to residents with medical complex conditions
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain a safe environment for residents
- Maintain the cleanliness of the group home at all times
- Follow care plans and document care provided
