The ideal candidate will operate as a collaborative partner to the other members of the Executive Leadership Team and lead technology teams through a high degree of change. (prior IFS software experience is preferred)* Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data architecture, and systems integration* Operational experience in field service organizations leveraging mobility technology* Exceptional communication and executive influence skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into business strategy* Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, change-resilient teamsPay: $240K/yr. - $290K/yr.
