Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Drinova

Overview

Location: Flexible (Boston, MA preferred / Remote with US or India overlap)

Type: Full-time | Early stage level equity

Drinova is building the nervous system of global manufacturing . Today, OEMs only see their Tier 1 supplierseverything beyond is a black box. Supplier claims are trapped in PDFs and spreadsheets that can be manipulated, leading to blind spots, counterfeit risks, and billion-dollar failures.

Drinova solves this by creating a supply chain provenance layer : a living intelligence system that verifies supplier claims, connects multi-tier visibility, and detects anomalies in real-time. Think of it as the Exosphere of manufacturing intelligence a platform where every part of the supply chain leaves a verifiable memory.

We are backed by early interest from leading OEMs, defense agencies, and accelerators.

Role Overview

As CTO at Drinova , you will lead technology strategy, architecture, and execution across provenance data systems, AI agents, and multi-tier supplier platforms. Youll partner with the CEO and founding team to shape Drinova into the global standard for supply chain trust.

This is not a management-only role. Were looking for a hands-on technical leader who can build, scale, and evangelize.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Roadmap: Define and own Drinovas technology visionprovenance graphs, validation agents, Exosphere intelligence layer.
• Product Development: Lead design & build of scalable systems for multi-tier supply chain data capture, anomaly detection, and validation workflows.
• AI Systems Integration: Drive use of LLMs, graph databases, and agentic architectures with integration across ERP, PLM, and quality systems.
• Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team across US/India.
• Customer Engagement: Translate customer/industry needs (OEMs, defense, semiconductors) into product features.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure platform is robust, secure, and enterprise-ready (ISO, ITAR, GDPR).

Qualifications

• Proven track record as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Principal Architect in SaaS / AI / manufacturing-tech.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML (LLMs, LangChain, agents, graph DBs) and enterprise software systems (ERP/PLM/MES).
• Experience working with manufacturing, defense, or supply chain ecosystems is a huge plus.
• Ability to thrive in early-stage chaos : build prototypes fast, scale thoughtfully.
• Comfortable balancing code leadership (youll be writing code in v1, scaling teams in v2).
• Entrepreneurial mindset: sees Drinova as a mission, not just a job.
