About the Role
The Company is in search of a part-time Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Consultant to provide strategic leadership and elevate its marketing function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a senior marketing leader, with a preference for experience in franchising, education, or multi-site brands. Key responsibilities for this role include developing and refining the company-wide marketing strategy, advising the executive team on branding, positioning, and market opportunities, and overseeing the marketing calendar, campaigns, and performance planning. The CMO Consultant will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a marketing team, implementing accountability and productivity systems, and driving growth and demand-generation initiatives to support franchise growth and student enrollments. Applicants for the CMO Consultant position at the company should possess deep knowledge of digital marketing funnels, paid ads, content marketing, and brand building. The role requires a leader who is analytical, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of performance marketing. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused, with strong communication and creative direction skills. The position is consultancy-based, with flexible hours, and the CMO Consultant will work remotely, reporting directly to the CEO.
