This role is based in Charlotte, NC, requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a key leadership position responsible for the firm’s market expansion and growth. The CGO will collaborate with the leadership team to develop, execute, and measure growth initiatives, primarily through Advisor Recruitment, M&A, and Asset Management Services. This role reports directly to the Chief Experience Officer.

Primary

• Design and implement the strategic growth plan of IAA.
• Build and maintain relationships with COIs and third-party recruiting firms to generate new advisor leads.
• Identify prospects and guide them through the sales pipeline using a relationship-oriented, consultative approach.
• Engage with advisors on M&A opportunities for potential acquisitions.
• Represent IAA at industry networking events and conferences.
• Report regularly on recruiting efforts and revenue growth initiatives.
• Build and lead a team to maximize growth outcomes.

Preferred

• At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in advisor recruitment within RIA and BD channels.
• Knowledge of LPLs platform is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
