Job Title: Pump Operators (CDL Preferred) Location: Midland, TX
Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Pump Operators with a valid CDL to join our oilfield operations team. This position involves hauling and operating equipment, assisting with pump installation, packing, servicing, and supporting field operations at various well sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced outdoor environments and have a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record is preferred
• Previous oilfield or pump service experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and meet company driving standards
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and haul equipment to and from job sites
• Assist with packing, installing, repairing, and maintaining oilfield pumps
• Support pump service crews in day-to-day operations
• Load, unload, rig up/rig down equipment at well sites
• Inspect and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment to DOT and company standards
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and job-site protocols
• Complete required paperwork, logs, and reports accurately and on time
• Work extended hours, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
