Looking for Catcher Packer – Join Our Team!

Position Overview
As a Catcher Packer in our folding/gluing department, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every carton meets our high-quality standards. T

What You’ll Do:

Pack cartons with precision and care
Perform quality checks to meet customer standards
Handle off-line packing tasks
Set up taper and labeler equipment
Operate a ream cutter
Complete quality re-work as needed
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Safety-driven and quality-conscious
Ability to read and write in English
High attention to detail
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (30 lbs. repetitively)
Willingness to work 2nd shift (2pm–10pm Monday - Friday) or 3rd shift (10pm–6amSunday - Thursday) with some overtime/weekend work
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus—but we’ll train you!
