A Canvasser at Greenawalt Roofing Company is responsible for generating leads and promoting our roofing and exterior services directly to homeowners in designated neighborhoods. This role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining our services, and setting up appointments for in-home consultations with our sales representatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers interested in roofing and exterior services. Customer Engagement: Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner to explain the benefits of our services. Appointment Setting: Schedule in-home consultations for interested homeowners with our sales representatives. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our roofing and exterior services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers. Reporting: Track and report on canvassing activities, including leads generated, appointments set, and customer feedback. Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to ensure they have all necessary information and are prepared for their consultation. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices during canvassing activities.
