Wage: $115,000 - $125,000/ salary

SUMMARY

The Campus Security Manager (CSM) leads a team of site security personnel, including site managers, field training officers, and security officers, accountable for delivering physical security services at one or more assigned datacenters in a geographic area. The CSM is responsible for leadership development, security operations delivery, and partnership with senior leadership to ensure operational effectiveness, superior performance, and audit readiness. This role preserves a safe environment for people and property, managing diverse skillsets and developing strategies for improvement. The CSM reports to the Regional Security Manager, collaborates with other site managers, and oversees Security Team Managers (STMs).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Manage physical security operations across multiple critical infrastructure facilities.

  2. Lead safety programming aiming for zero workplace injuries onsite.

  3. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop site security personnel in partnership with local branches.

  4. Ensure a respectful and dignified environment for all staff members.

  5. Plan, assign, and oversee physical security projects to timely completion.

  6. Coach security employees and enforce disciplinary actions as per policy.

  7. Evaluate site security operations' effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  8. Demonstrate and enforce excellent customer service and communication standards among security staff.

  9. Achieve site health and key performance goals, enhancing team effectiveness with the Regional Security Manager.

  10. Conduct regular client and corporate management meetings, addressing issues promptly, and supporting security planning and assessments.

  11. Keep management informed of major accomplishments, issues, and concerns.

  12. Conduct unannounced audits following standardized procedures.

  13. Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a secure environment.

  14. Allocate time equally between sites, ensuring familiarity, leadership, program development, and coaching for success.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

  • Perform duties assigned as per business necessity, including additional tasks as required.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
