To learn more about us, visit Job Overview Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Campus Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will lead our campus recruiting efforts and support experienced hire recruiting. This position offers a unique opportunity to build and expand a world-class recruiting program that fuels the continued growth of our healthcare consulting team. Responsibilities Lead and manage the campus recruiting strategy, including internship and new graduate hiring programs. Represent Impact Advisors at college career fairs, networking events, and campus panels, fostering relationships with educational institutions. Develop and implement innovative campus recruitment strategies aligned with hiring needs, such as ambassador programs and co-op initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including hiring managers, HR, and the Diversity & Inclusion team—to support organizational goals. Deliver engaging presentations and public speaking engagements at university events. Provide support to candidates throughout their recruiting journey, ensuring a high-quality experience. Source, interview, and hire experienced consulting professionals during the campus off-season. Use value-based interviewing methods to assess and select top talent. Manage multiple requisitions and recruiting timelines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or a related field (or expected completion). Proven experience in campus recruiting and experienced hire recruiting. HR or recruiting certifications are a plus but not required. Skills And Competencies Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Effective public speaking and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience creating campus recruitment programs and strategies. Ability to manage priorities and timelines effectively. Decision-making with integrity. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Additional Information Travel: Approximately 25–50%, mainly to nationwide campus events. Work Schedule: Preferred presence in our downtown Chicago office 25–50%; flexible/remote work arrangements available.
