We're currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time opportunity in Crawford County, Indiana for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a rewarding chance to work closely with a third-grade student (age 8), providing individualized behavioral support and collaborating with a committed team of educators. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement. Position Details: Location: Crawford County, IN Start Date: August 1, 2025 End Date: May 21, 2026 Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, possibly hybrid Grade Level: Third grade (age 8) Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 behavioral support and intervention for a third-grade student. * Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design and implement behavior plans. * Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed. * Conduct assessments and data collection to guide instruction and support. Qualifications: * BCBA certification required. * Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in elementary school. * Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
