Overview Bassa Remote Interpreter role at Certified Languages International (CLI). This is a 100% over-the-phone interpretation position worked from home. CLI uses freelance interpreters (independent contractors) and offers flexible scheduling. Roles involve providing interpreting services through our online portal or a landline telephone. Notes: CLI has a high volume of calls, many are medical in nature, and services a variety of industries including insurance, financial, utility companies, customer service and state courts. We service multiple industries including insurance, financial, utility companies, customer service and state courts, etc. Interpreters work from home as independent contractors; you set your own schedule. CLI has clients needing interpreting service 24/7 and you can log on/off via our online portal or your landline. You must meet all requirements to work in the United States legally (SSN or EIN & Photo ID required) and you must reside in the United States. Payment is per minute of interpretation; payments issued twice a month via direct deposit. Interpreting experience is preferred. We’re currently not recruiting interpreters in New York or California.
