Various patients in Ft. Walton Beach

Patient 1

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm

Location/Setting: Fort Walton Beach 32547

Age Range : Child

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent, Lifting Required (mechanical lift)

Patient 2

Schedule : Saturday/Sunday 7:00am-11:00pm

Location/Setting: Fort Walton Beach 32547

Age Range : Child

Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube

Patient 3

Schedule : Monday/Tuesday 7:00pm-7:00am

Location/Setting: Fort Walton Beach 32547

Age Range : Toddler

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent, Lifting Required

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Must have reliable transportation
