Job Description

Capital Hyundai of Greensboro is looking for a reliable and personable Automotive Service Porter/Valet to help ensure every customer’s service visit is smooth, comfortable, and efficient. You’ll play a key role in welcoming guests, assisting with their vehicles, and supporting our Service Advisors and Technicians behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Greet service customers promptly with a smile and direct them where to go
• Assist with vehicle check-in and ensure proper documentation is completed
• Move customer vehicles safely to and from the service drive and parking areas
• Retrieve vehicles for customers upon pickup and ensure they leave happy
• Keep the service drive clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Help coordinate vehicle flow for Service Advisors and Technicians
• Support the team with light cleaning, delivery runs, or other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a porter, valet, or customer service associate is a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills — you enjoy helping others
• A calm, professional demeanor in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to work outdoors and handle frequent walking and standing
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
