Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Associate Degree needed Machinist to join their team. As a Machinist, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Associate Degree needed Machinist

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $18 - $22 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assist in the set-up of simple jobs and operate CNC equipment.
• Fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools.
• Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects.
• Run multiple machines simultaneously to ensure efficient production.
• Ensure all processes meet quality and ISO standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree in a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a machining environment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, and machining procedures.
• Ability to perform work under direct supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
