Job Description

Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative building designs and plans across multiple infrastructure categories.
• Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Comply with all relevant local and national building codes, regulations, and applicable laws.
• Collaborate and take direction from Architect on project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop detailed architectural plans and 3D models using Revit software.
• Consult with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision, provide design solutions, and communicate project updates.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project integration.
• Review, interpret, and clearly communicate complex technical documentation to the team.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, ensure safety, and verify adherence to design intent.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in drafting and design engineering.
• 2-4 year degree in architectural engineering or related field.
• Experience and proficiency in 3D modeling and in Revit software.
• Demonstrated ability to design projects that are safe, reliable, and visually compelling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
