Overview Red Nucleus is hiring a Market Access & Commercialization Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our global team in summer of 2026. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco, CA office or Boston, MA office. What You Will Contribute In this position, you will be working with our Market Access & Commercialization team. Responsibilities Performing secondary research in different databases and sources Analyzing data from different sources and building materials to communicate findings with clients, primarily visually compelling PowerPoint presentations Identifying the right clinical experts for primary research through internal and external datasets, as well as scheduling and administrative logistics for expert recruitment Transcribing primary research interviews with experts Contribute to writing externally-published articles on pharmaceutical industry trends Develop situational assessments of specific disease areas and patient markets About You Depending on the role, progressively relevant experience in life sciences consulting or research Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field typically life sciences, business, or engineering backgrounds (For Analysts) Master’s degree is desired (For Senior Analysts) Advanced Business English proficiency Proactive, team player mindsets Passion for continually learning Deep interest in the life science sector Excellent written communication and ability to produce visually compelling deliverables Commitment to ensuring the highest quality possible for our clients Keen attention to detail and superb organization skills Appetite for strengthening their problem-solving and critical thinking skills every day at work What You Will Enjoy at Red Nucleus Competitive pay, incentives, retirement, and income security programs Comprehensive benefits and wellness programs focused on healthy lifestyles Generous paid time off, employee assistance programs and flexible work arrangements Performance driven environment including professional development and transfer opportunities People first culture fostering self-expression, diversity, and a growth mindset Celebrations!
