Job Description

ITnova is seeking an AI Prompt Engineer and RPA Implementation Specialist for an on-site role in Long Island, NY. The ideal candidate will design and optimize AI agents, develop intelligent automation workflows, and build RPA solutions using Power Automate. This role involves integrating AI and automation with business systems, creating cross-platform workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance processes and deliver efficient, high-quality automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI agents, prompts, and generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI.


• Build conversational AI interfaces and intelligent automation workflows.


• Develop RPA solutions with Microsoft Power Automate (desktop & cloud).


• Implement attended and unattended automations and integrate them with business systems.


• Integrate AI and automation with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.


• Create cross-platform automation (Windows & Linux) and maintain documentation.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field


• 2-5 years of experience in automation, RPA, or AI development


• Experience with business processes and workflow optimization


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate


• Azure OpenAI or Azure AI certifications


• UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere certifications


• Microsoft Azure fundamentals or associate-level certifications


• Additional Experience:


• Citrix or VDI environment automation experience


• SAP or ERP system integration


• Machine learning model deployment and monitoring


• Document processing and OCR technologies
