Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and discussions to educate potential customers about Aflac's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for ongoing business and referrals.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market expansion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience a plus but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial security goals.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one as required by state law.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
