We are Quadcode , a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Now we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to join one of our brands - IQ Option.

Currently we are looking for a motivated specialist to embark on a dynamic journey with us as an Affiliate Marketing Manager .

Tasks in the role:

• Analyze and optimize various traffic sources for affiliate marketing, ensuring maximum ROI;
• Grow and nurture existing partnerships while actively recruiting new affiliates to expand our network and to foster mutually beneficial partnerships;
• Develop and execute regional strategies customized to capitalize the market's unique characteristics;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current traffic sources and identify new potential channels in target markets for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (B2 level);
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Hindi;
• Prior experience working with affiliate marketing platforms and a strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles;
• Solid grasp of digital marketing concepts and strategies;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with affiliates and stakeholders.
