Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will work with the Accounts Receivable Manager and Finance team to support our growing activewear business! This position will be responsible for the accounts receivable process, chargebacks, communicating with external partners, as well as other projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Cash Receipt Application and posting of debit and credit memos
• Manage chargeback process ensuring legitimacy of deductions
• Dispute and negotiate unauthorized chargebacks for the company
• Work cross functionally to resolve credit and collection issues
• Participate in month end closing ensuring accuracy of the general ledger for Accounts Receivable
• Help prepare monthly reports and meet with management to discuss open and unresolved chargebacks and unpaid invoices
• Communicate Departmental Documents, Manuals, Policies, and Procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with experience with complex reconciliations
• Experience with vendor portals for mass retailers
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with complex data
• Experience in SAP a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to various levels of management and customers
• Detailed oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently
• Must be a very pro-active self-starter with the ability to multi-task and independently follow through

Annual salary range starting $75,000
