About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Lead Clerk to support our fast-paced accounting team in Rockville, MD. Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Lead Clerk: Reconcile daily incoming payments with internal systems Assist with bank reconciliations and internal cash deposits Work with the sales team to support collection efforts Review and collect delivery documentation and driver paperwork Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency Support additional AR functions and cross-train across department processes Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Lead Clerk: ~4-year college degree preferred ~1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role ~ Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook ~ Ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy and attention to detail ~ Excellent organizational and communication skills ~ Must pass a background check ~ Availability to work fully on-site, Monday through Friday
